Redirecting to the essay

A long-form expansion of Canon XXIII. Eight sections in one page: an anthill at the foot of an old oak, the affordances of the city, a day in the life of one worker, the turn where you realize you have been reading about yourself the whole time, and the slow walk back down to the hill with the parallels named out loud.

The page is sapphire-tinted, in honor of Ton — the gem assigned to Canon XXIII in the suite. Starfield runs behind the text; ASCII trail-braids mark the transitions between sections.
